As a Spiritual Teacher and Self-healing expert, I help self-reflective souls grow into the most authentic version of who they are through a unique blend of Divine wisdom, inner work, and my own life experience.
I'm a Divine Feminine and a dedicated Mystic, meaning I have gained my spiritual authority through a lifelong commitment to deep introspection, self-love, and surrender to the Divine.
A soul's purpose is as unique as its wounds
In a not-so-small way, the soul's journey is about self-discovery, about growth through emotionally interacting with life itself, no matter how confronting it might be.
Our capacity to experience this journey as meaningful doesn't increase by obsessing over what we lack or trying to gain what others have in abundance. It increases when we accept all aspects of ourselves and our realities as vehicles for our soul's evolution.
Thus, struggle, setbacks, and heartbreak serve an important purpose throughout an incarnation: They bring our awareness to the areas of our lives where we feel wounded, rejected, or ashamed, where we hide or repress aspects of our authentic selves.
Imagine life as a feedback loop between our inner and outer worlds: external circumstances like careers or relationships can be expressions of what we authentically value and desire, but they can also be manifestations of outdated ego narratives, trauma, or unconscious societal programs that don't serve our soul's highest expression.
These are the karmic themes we came here to explore, determining the axis of our souls' growth: our unique path to awareness and self-actualization.
Once we own the feelings these themes bring up through inner work (i.e. emotional attunement, journaling, meditation, shadow work), we ascend to higher levels of consciousness and clarity through the process of ego-soul-reintegration.
